This simulator is intended to
calculate the amount of study grant for beneficiaries.
The National Insurance Institute
(NII) helps by participating in study expenses borne by single-parent families
and families with 4 or more children receiving a subsistence benefit (general
disability, income support, alimony, old age or survivors).
The NII remits a grant to eligible
families at the beginning of the school year a uniform grant to all eligible child aged 6-18 – NIS 1,137 (as of Jan 01, 2024).
The grant is transferred into the
bank account, where the child allowance is paid, by August 14, near the start
of the school year.
Please note that
eligibility for a study grant will be determined by a claims officer of NII.
